These apply to every order placed with Diamon’T by any method. It is deemed you fully understand and accept Diamon’T’s Terms and Conditions; and by doing so have entered into a binding contract with My Big Day International Ltd.

Payment Methods

Full payment will be debited from your account upon processing the order.
Ownership of the goods shall not be attained until we have received full payment at the agreed price and all funds have cleared.
 

Copyright and Intellectual property rights

All Diamon’T Images are copyright to My Big Day International Ltd. It is not permitted and is a legal offence to copy; publish; display; distribute; manufacture or re-create derivative works of any design on this website for whatever purpose, without specific permission from My Big Day International Ltd.
 

Representation of the goods

Every effort is made to represent our goods accurately, however due to the personalised-effect of handmade products, slight variations may occur. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.  Diamon’T (My Big Day International Limited) reverse the right to modify and change it’s products and images with out prior notice.
 

Suitability of goods

Our teddies are not suitable for children under 36 months of age.
 

Delivery and Returns

Please Note: Official Strike action by Royal Mail Workers is taking place at Delivery offices all over the country and may affect mail deliveries in your area.  For more info, please copy the below link and paste into your browser;
 
Stock Items will be despatched within 5 working days where in stock.
 
Personalised goods
Personalised goods are unique and handmade; allow 28 days production time.
Personalised goods required in less than 28 days require a small surcharge you can select Priority Artwork -this ensures that goods are produced within 14 days.
NOTE:  This does not include postage time and we will not be held responsible for delays which occur due to postal strikes or other action out of our control.

UK Delivery Options
Royal Mail recorded 1st class £3.95 for goods weighing less than a kilo. Allow 3 -5 working days but can take upto 10 days.  If there is no-one in, the postman will leave a ‘Sorry you were out’ card with the Tracking Number for you to contact them and re-arrange delivery or you can collect from their Local Delivery Office.

Please Note: 1st Class Recorded items that have not been collected or if a re-delivery has not been arranged, will be returned to us after 1 week and we will require the postage to repaid to re-despatch the order.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day* Guaranteed pre 1.00pm, for goods weighing less than 1Kg.  £5.95  *Next working day
 
All Royal Mail postage options offer proof of delivery facility but no tracking.
 
Parcel Force 24 next day courier, delivery up to 5.30pm, for goods in excess of a 1Kg or bulky £6.95. Track & Trace facility is available on this service.
 
ALL DELIVERIES require signatures
 
International delivery charges
Germany Standard Delivery Charge up to 30Kg £15.00 (€16.95) 3-4 working days.
Other locations shipping costs to be quoted at the time of odering or after you have placed your order, we will advise you via email.
 
We send all of our UK parcels out via Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcel Force and international parcels via Parcel Force.
 
Please check your Diamon'T online account for your unique parcel number; as these can be tracked via the Couriers’ internet sites. UK Royal Mail only offer Proof of Delivery service.
 
All non-personalised goods may be returned within 21 days of the despatch date; provided that they are in perfect condition and in all original packaging, along with the returns note.
 
Notification of any faulty goods or goods to be returned is required by Diamon’T within 7 days of receiving items.
 
We are happy to offer exchanges, credit notes or refunds in the same manner that you originally placed.
 
Refund will not include postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed faulty.
 
Goods returned due to defects or being incorrect because of an error on our part will be replaced or refunded.
 
Lingerie returns are accepted at the company’s discretion.
Swimwear cannot be returned without the hygiene strip intact.
 
Allow 7-10 days for replacement goods; provided that the goods are in stock. This does not include personalised garments.
 
All personalised goods, unless faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. We strongly recommend you refer to our Size Chart to ensure the size you chose is correct.
 
Goods returned to us are your responsibility prior to reaching Diamon’T; we therefore strongly recommend that you return the goods with proof of delivery.

Production timescales of replacement personalised goods are subject to current production demands, working in conjunction with your event date.

Cancellations (Please also read our Returns Policy)

Should you wish to cancel your order outside the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period; please inform us as soon as possible in writing. We cannot be held responsible for goods despatched prior to receiving your cancellation.  By accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree to our Delivery and returns policy.
 

Exceptions to the Distance Selling Regulations

The right to cancel an order does not apply to the following items, unless we agree otherwise: personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification.
 

Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the goods only. We will not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred due faulty goods supplied to us or by our inability to supply a product.
 

Pricing

UK Prices -with the exception of children’s clothing- are subject to 15% VAT (VAT No. 972278684). International pricing complies with the legal VAT requirements of said country.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and descriptions are up to date; however, we reserve the right to change our prices and product information without prior notice.
 

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose any of your personal information or financial details to any third party - though contact details alone may be disclosed to companies whom we believe may interest you; should you opt into our mailing database.
