Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally, most of our goods are in stock and will be despatched to you within 7 days. If your goods are required sooner, please let us know by email or telephone us on 0845 330 2366.
Please ensure you complete the event date when ordering your goods. If your chosen goods are out of stock and we are not able to meet your event date, we will let you know as soon as possible, so please also ensure you enter your correct email address and/or contact number so we can contact you if required.
Due to the specialised nature of the personalised and corporate garments, we ask you to allow 28 days for delivery. Should your event date be earlier than this, a priority surcharge is available at the point of order. Please tick this box and your goods will be despatched within 14 days. NB.this does not include postage time and we cannot be held responsible for delays which occur due to post strikes or other action out of our control.

Can you reproduce our company logo in our colours for our corporate wear?
In most cases this is possible, please contact us on 0845 330 2366 for details. Please see our stone colour chart below for our standard colours available for corporate wear.

Can I order as many personalised items as I like or is there a minimum quantity?
We have no minimum order quantities, however discounts are available for quantities of 10+ of the same design. Please contact us on 0845 330 2366 for more details.

How will my artwork look? Can I see the design before it is produced?
Generally, all personalised artwork will look as it appears in the designs you see on the website in the relevant section. The exception is corporate artwork, where, if possible, we will produce a particular logo in the font required, we will then supply you with a proof for approval. (A small fee will be charged for the production of corporate artwork and logo’s).

Where do I return my unwanted goods to?
Please return all unwanted goods to: Returns Department, Diamon’T, Unit 2c, Barker Business Park, Melmerby Green Lane, Melmerby, Ripon, North Yorkshire HG4 5NB. All unwanted goods are to be return to Diamon'T within 7 days from receipt of your order.

How do I return the goods?
We strongly recommend that you return the goods either 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail recorded to allow you to track and trace your returns should the parcel not arrive at Diamon’T. Please note that the Royal Mail recorded service does not guarantee next day delivery.

Can I exchange my personalised goods?
Due to the specialised nature of personalised goods we cannot accept returns for either a replacement or refund unless the goods are faulty or produced incorrectly.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept all credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. Cheques paid payable to One Stop Sparkle Shop Ltd are also accepted. Please note, the goods will not be despatched until the cheque payment has cleared.

Is payment over the Internet secure?
Yes. Paying over the Internet has become so sophisticated in recent years that it is now one of the most secure ways of doing business. We do not see any of your payment card details, which are directed to HSBC Bank. Paying over the Internet is more secure than giving your card details over the telephone.

Is there an alternative way to pay?
Yes, you can pay by cheque, postal order or by giving your card details over the telephone.
My order has not been accepted on the web and I have given my credit or debit card details, will my account be debited?
No. We will still receive your order and an error code will advise us that there has been a payment problem. In these cases we will call you for your card details. Please ensure you enter your correct email address and contact number so we can contact you if required.

Why was my order rejected?
In most cases payments are rejected because the card address is different from the billing address. When this occurs our system flags up an error code to us which indicates the nature of the problem, thus enabling us to contact you to rectify the situation.

How do I apply the DIY transfers to my own garment(s)?
DO NOT USE STEAM! We suggest that you do a test first on a area that cannot be seen when the garment is being worn. Use one of the spare stones which have been supplied with your garment. Put your iron on either the cotton setting or 170º. Carefully cut off one of the spare stones an put the others to the side. Peel away the white paper backing which is attached to your spare stone.
Apply the stone to a hidden area on the chosen garment, sticky side down and cover the area with a thin cotton cloth.
Apply direct heat over the cloth only, avoiding the actual garment. Hold the iron firmly for approximately 20 seconds and then remove the heat.
Allow the ironed area to go cold (leave for one or two minutes) then SLOWLY peel away the clear sticky film - the stone should have adhered to your garment.
If the stone has not all adhered, repeat the process again.
If you still have a problem, turn the garment on the reverse side, protect the area with a cloth and press again.
AVOID applying direct heat to the area you wish to press, unless you are sure that scorching will not occur with the continued heat, particularly on white and light colours.
AVOID applying direct heat for any length of time to synthetics or garments with high elastane content, as they will melt.
When you are satisfied with the result repeat the above process with your whole transfer. Please ensure you get the transfer in the exact position required as you will not be able to move it once the heat has been applied.
Should you need to replace any missing stones with your spare ones provided with your garment follow the instructions on the back of the packet.

Can I wash my embellished products?
Yes. For best results, wash your garment(s) at no more than 40 degrees, INSIDE OUT, preferably inside a pillowcase. Reshape while damp. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY your garment(s) as this may cause the stones to fall off. Iron the garment inside out and ensure you do not use steam.

How many T-shirts do I have to order to qualify for a discount?
Personalised embellishments on the t-shirts are individually made by hand; the artwork is created specifically to meet your requirements.
The minimum requirement for a discounted rate is 10 garments, the unit price for 10+ garment with the same embellishment is considerably cheaper than one personalised garment. If you are ordering in excess of 50 garments please call us to discuss discount options.

Do you do anything for men?
The men’s collection includes socks for the wedding party with matching boxer shorts, cuff links for the whole wedding party, black personalised swimming shorts, a black 'His' and also ‘Just Married’ beach towels and also unisex 'Just Married' baseball caps. We aim to extend this collection next season.
Do you do anything for children?
We have personalised baby, toddler and childs t-shirts as well as personalised, Bridesmaid and Page Boy teddies. Also, we are currently designing a new ‘Baby Luv’ range which will include towels, teddies and books for children, please contact us for more details. And don’t forget, we can create a DIY motif for the little ones for you to apply to their own garments of your choice.

Do you offer any other colours?
Most of our garments are available in black or white only, however we have recently introduced a pink t-shirt and vest to our collections due to popular demand. We offer the choice of clear, pink, blue and red stones for personalising your garments, other colours may be available. Please contact us on 0845 330 2366 to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer any other style of T-shirt?
We have just recently updated our t-shirt style to include a lower neckline and a capped sleeve as well as a vest due to popular demand. However, the DIY collection enables you to add a sparkling motif to any garment you prefer.
Please contact us if you have a specific style requirement, and, depending on the quantity we might be able to help.

What is the difference between rhinestones and rhinestuds?
Rhinestones have the appearance of a crystal and have a multi-surface face, Rhinestuds have a curved head and have a smoother appearance. Both of these give a great effect and sparkle in the light.

How long will my embellishment last?
We cannot guarantee your garment for a set amount of time, however when properly applied and cared for, your design will be hardwearing. Please ensure you follow the washing instructions carefully. We do offer a free repair service for corporate orders.

How much will it cost to get my goods sent to me?
We use 2 types of carriage options, for orders under 1kg in weight (approx 5 t-shirts) your goods will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for carriage which costs £3.50.
For orders over 1kg in weight we will use City Link 24 hour couriers which costs £6.25.

Can you send goods abroad?
We can ship goods worldwide, postage costs start from £10.00 for up to 2kg. For any international orders exceeding this amount please contact us for a quotation.

Can I have a different size bikini top and bottom?
Please contact us as soon as possible should you require a different sized bikini top and bottom as we do carry additional stock we will help you where we can.

I can’t find the style/type of garment I would like to personalise, can I send my own garment(s) in for you to apply a transfer to?
Yes, we can apply transfers to most garments, please contact us on 0845 330 2366 to discuss your requirements.

My parcel still hasn't arrived, can I track it?
We send all of our parcels out recorded delivery either via Royal Mail or City Link, please contact us on 0845 330 2366 and we will track your parcel for you.
