| Terms and Conditions
When you place an order with Diamon’T it is deemed you fully understand and accept Diamon’T’s terms and conditions and have entered into a contact with Diamon’T.
Payment Methods Most credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Laser are accepted. Full payment will be debited from your account at the point of processing the order. Payment is also accepted by cheque or postal order, however you must allow time for the funds to clear prior to us despatching the goods. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to ‘One Stop Sparkle Shop Ltd’. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to yourself until we have received full payment at the full price the goods have been agreed to be sold to you by us and the funds have cleared.
Copyright and Intellectual property rights All Diamon’T Images are copyright to One Stop Sparkle Shop Ltd. It is not permitted and is a legal offence to copy, publish, display, distribute, manufacture or re-create derivative works of any design products in this brochure for any purpose.
Representation of the goods Every effort is made to represent our goods accurately, however due to the personalised effect of handmade products slight variations may occur. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Suitability of goods Our teddies are not suitable for children under 36 months of age. |

| Returns Policy We at Diamon’T hope that you will love your sparkling purchase, however if you wish to return or exchange any products then please read the following: • All non-personalised goods can be returned within 21 days from despatch date ensuring they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging along with the invoice/despatch note and returns note. • You should notify us of any faulty goods within 7 days of receiving the goods. • We will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund you in the same manner as you originally paid for the goods. Refund will not include postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. • Please allow between 7-10 days for replacement goods, assuming the goods are in stock. This does not include personalised garments. • Goods which are being returned die to them being defective or incorrect as a result of an error on our part will be replaced or refunded. • Lingerie for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless faulty. Swimwear cannot be returned without the hygiene strip intact. • All personalised goods unless incorrect due to an error on our part or faulty are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. • As the goods which are to be returned to us are your responsibility prior to reaching us at Diamon’T, we strongly recommend you return the goods with proof of delivery, for example Royal Mail recorded delivery for your own protection.
Cancellations Should you wish to cancel your order outside the 7 day cooling off period (excluding personalised goods) please inform us as soon as possible in writing. We cannot be held responsible for goods which have already been despatched prior to receiving your cancellation. Please read our returns policy.
Liability Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the goods only. We will not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred as a result of faulty goods supplied to us or by our inability to supply any product.
Pricing Prices, with the exception of children’s clothing are subject to 17.5% VAT (VAT No. 808996276). Every effort is made to ensure that prices and descriptions are correct, however we reserve the right to change our prices and product information without prior notice.
Privacy Policy We do not disclose any of your personal or financial details to any third party, though contact details may be disclosed to companies whom we believe you maybe interested in but only when you have opted into our mailing database.
